Water / Steam Analyzers
The continuous monitoring of water quality is a prerequisite for efficient and safe operation of boilers and steam turbines.
The functions performed by our systems of analysis can be summarized as:
- Continuous measurement of pH, Conductivity, Cation Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, etc.
- Centralization of the measured values on: Analyzers, individual Indicators, Local Display and / or Acquisition and Delivery to Control Room.
- Registration and monitoring of critical parameters and alarms.
- Intervention in the sequence of safety and security of the main equipment of the Plant / Central.
Gas Analyzers
The continuous monitoring of gas emissions into the atmosphere is essential for complying with current environmental regulations and preventing the generation of pollutants.
The functions performed by our Analysis Systems can be summarized as:
- Continuous measurement of O2, COx, NOx, SO2, etc.
- Centralization of the measured values on: Analyzers, individual Indicators, Local Display and / or Acquisition and Delivery to Control Room.
- Registration and monitoring of critical parameters and alarms.
The Analysis Systems comprise:
- Probe tube with heated sample transport.
- Cabinet including measuring analyzers, as well as cooler, gas filter, suction pump, flow control valve and flowmeter for the gas sample.
- N2 gas bottle (reference) for calibration with pressure regulators set.
- Drainage of condensate.
